I am a young up coming South African musician. I am glad God blessed me with the gift of music. It has been my passion since I was a baby (according to mom's testimony). I was introduced to jazz, after completing school, when I started my studies at a music college in 2007. Discovering the depth of the music and how it has influenced many modern genres, I fell in love with it and continued my studies in jazz guitar at the University of Cape Town. The first song I ever wrote, Khumo's Groove, was inspired by jazz tunes I was studying as a student in 2009 and an amazing musician named Khumo Kganyago who happened to be my guitar tutor at the time. Hence the name of the song... I am currently venturing more into writing music rather than performing it, which is what I have done for most of my career (performing). I am not confined to a single genre as I appreciate music as long as it's good music. However, as a Christian I am drawn to writing more gospel music naturally. I look forward to sharing more of my story to the world through my music and to inspiring others by it.
